This person will be part of a remote team dispursed are regional centers. The position location is Ft. Hood.

Serves as the primary action officer for management and policy implementation of Reconstitution efforts at designated installations for units returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Responsible for initiating funding plans for operational and strategic maintenance programs sanctioned to re-establish combat and combat service support units to a 100% readiness posture. Serves as the Major Army Command (MACOM) lead agent for management and policy development of Left Behind Equipment (LBE) units posture at home station after deployment to the theater of operations.

Responsible for providing guidance and recommendations for shifting of equipment to align resources for the Army’s transformation program. Responsibilities also include capturing all logistics requirements tied to Left Behind Equipment insuring tactical, operational and strategic resources are in place to assist in the U.S. Army’s transformation and modular redesign. During the typical workday, formulates and interprets strategic policies, plans, standards of operations and reporting procedures necessary to successfully implement maintenance programs, transformation and supply processes associated with reconstitution equipment and LBE equipment.

Duties also include attending several HQDA and MACOM sponsored conferences and meetings to act as the MACOM voice for LBE, Reconstitution, modularity and supply operations, executing briefings and presenting sensitive information.

In this role, an associate must be sensitive to customer requirements and perceptions.   

Warehouse Supervisor; 3-5 years experience in managing warehouse operations including, but not limited too; staffing/scheduling, WMS and PC systems, inventory control, receiving and shipping operations of perishable and non-perishable items.  Ability to multitask, speaks and write bi-lingual Spanish and English), and enforce company policy and procedures.  RF knowledge and utilization is a plus.  Knowledge and experience in material handling equipment operations and current forklift operator certification.

dismounting a heavy-duty truck numerous times each day.
 
Routes
may require Drivers to navigate through congested communities and confined or
tight areas in city and suburban locations. Backing skills are essential as a
large percentage of the time spent servicing customers is done in reverse.
Our
drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer
accounts and at times need to climb on to the truck containers to smooth loads
or secure traps for transport.
