Conduct safety classroom training to include all powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment. Partner with management to ensure mandatory annual retraining is completed by deadlines. Conduct needs assessments to identify non-productive behaviors and recommend best practices to foster Team Member engagement. Responsible for providing guidance and recommendations for shifting of equipment to align resources for the Army’s transformation program. Responsibilities also include capturing all logistics requirements tied to Left Behind Equipment insuring tactical, operational and strategic resources are in place to assist in the U.S. Army’s transformation and modular redesign. During the typical workday, formulates and interprets strategic policies, plans, standards of operations and reporting procedures necessary to successfully implement maintenance programs, transformation and supply processes associated with reconstitution equipment and LBE equipment.
Duties also include attending several HQDA and MACOM sponsored conferences and meetings to act as the MACOM voice for LBE, Reconstitution, modularity and supply operations, executing briefings and presenting sensitive information.
