Will run all the administration side of the office; purchasing, scheduling and coordinating (pre-liens, certificates of insurance, prep of WIP reports, estimating, job meetings, and internal staff meetings), work with HR company for updates, policies, and procedures, recruiting and set up and admiinister annual employee reviews, and back up bookkeeper with A/P and Job Costing.
